TSS uses a U.S. Department of Transportation approved platform for program management of both our DOT and NON -DOT consortiums. This system stores data such as the list of companies and their employees, records of all results and copies of the Custody and Control Form (CCF). It also manages all the random pool selections and reports. This becomes critical as TSS examines and assures that the required testing rates are achieved, according to federal regulation. The data is also needed for the year-end federal reporting of the annual testing in the Management Information System (MIS), a federally mandated report.

All clients can have their Designated Employer Representative (DER) set up in the system to receive results, look at employee lists and receive reports. This is a great convenience for our customers in that they do not have to wait for a TSS employee to relay information or check on results.
