Submit your TSS contract by 12.15!
We are winding down the final random testing of 2025 and already planning for 2026!
In just a few short weeks, we’ll be greeting you and your team for the 2026 season. Good planning means we do some of the work ahead of time. With that, our 2026 contract has already been sent to your email on file. To qualify for the early bird discount, the following criteria must be met:
- Accounts must be paid in full, zero balance, no exceptions.
- The completed contract must be postmarked no later than December 15, 2025, with full payment. Please read it thoroughly.
- Pay your annual enrollment fee – Early Bird (before 12/15): $225; after 12/15: $275.
What else can you do to prepare your business for 2026?
- Check in with your TPA (TSS) and make sure we have the most updated employee lists.
- Is your CPR/FA certification current? Get recertified over the winter to avoid delays in the busy spring season.
- Are all your licenses current? The government shutdown has created a bottleneck for obtaining or renewing licenses. If your renewal is coming up, get the process started now.
- Take time to review and update your insurance policies. Let’s get all that completed before the busy season hits.
