As 2024 comes to an end, we want to thank you for your continued business.
To further be of service to you through the next year. Please bring your attention to the following:
- The 2025 enrollment package with the price list and Standing Order, will be emailed and mailed (to those who do not have email) in November.
- Consortium prices will remain the same for 2025.
- Remember that in 2024 we made a change in TSS policy regarding employee list upkeep: If an employee is terminated by the company, the company must notify TSS immediately. If a terminated employee is not taken off the eligible random list, due to the company not notifying TSS and they are chosen for testing (and then terminated), a $30.00 fee per employee chosen will be incurred. As you know, when we don’t have accurate and updated employee lists from our clients, it puts every employer who is part of the random pool at risk for non-compliance, which can end up being a costly problem.
- Reminder: DOT oral fluid drug testing is coming. We are still waiting for the Department of Health and Human Services to certify two laboratories for regulated oral fluid testing before testing can start. TSS, Inc. has three certified collector trainers who will be finishing their mock collections soon to be prepared for this transformative event.
EVERY employer will need to make changes to their policy regarding ORAL FLUID. You also will need to have a STANDING ORDER attached to your enrollment. This will be sent with your enrollment paperwork.
- Enrollment is by December 31, 2024. Please make sure to make any updates in contact information and use this time to also send an updated list.
- This is our 25th Anniversary Year!!! TSS will be having special promotions, giveaways and opportunities for you to celebrate with us throughout the year. Stay Tuned!
